Andrew Bloye - General Manager
Andrew is an eLearning expert with a solid IT background and an extensive knowledge of Learning and Development. Andrew is an active member of the eLearning community speaking at many eLearning events and forums and is on the Executive Commitee of eLearning Association Elnet.
Margaret Aspin - Director
Margaret has been at the forefront of flexible training and delivery for over fifteen years. She is well respected, is regarded as an expert in eLearning and is on the Victorian eLearning Advisory Group.
David Johnson - Interactive Digital Media Developer
David's formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Computer Science and Bachelor of Multimedia from Swinburne University. Having worked on a large number of independent projects after graduating in 2008, it wasn't until late 2009 before he joined Aspin. David is now Aspin eLearning's highly regarded Multimedia Developer, creating a wide-range of eLearning courses for our many valued clients.
Stella Lippa- Graphic Designer
Stella's formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts Swinburne University majoring in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Arts Teacher's Institute Moldova (former USSR). Other training includes Advanced Flash, Advanced HTML, Multimedia Design, Maya 3D and many more graphic packages. Stella has worked for large prestigious companies and freelanced. Stella joined the team in early 2010.
Marco Ryan - 2D and 3D Developer
Marco completed the RMIT Bachelor of Animation and Interactive Media in 2010. While completing the course, he directed, produced and animated the 3D film Clockwork Gentleman, which premiered at the Melbourne International Animation Festival. Marco is comfortable in both Flash and Maya 3D.
Matthew Robinson – Multimedia Developer
Matthew first joined Aspin eLearning in 2008 whilst completing his second year of a Bachelor in Design (Multimedia Design) at Swinburne University. He graduated in 2009 specialising in Multimedia Design and 3D Animation using Maya, 3D Studio Max and Flash. Since joining Aspin, Matthew has furthered his skills Multimedia Development using a variety of programming languages including Actionscript 2 & 3, HTML(5), CSS(3), XML, SCORM, JavaScript, AJAX and jQuery.
Layla Shomaly - Multimedia developer
Layla completed her Advanced Diploma in Multimedia from NMIT in 2007 before going on to study animation at RMIT. In 2010 she received her Bachelor of Animation and Interactive Media, graduating with distinction. Layla is most comfortable with Maya 3d and Adobe After Effects though is also quite at home in Flash and various other multimedia software.
Lahta Stephens - Instructional designer
Lahta completed the RMIT Bachelor of Animation and Interactive Media in 2010. She has also completed the Bachelor of Creative Writing at Flinders University.To create our eLearning content maps, process flowcharts, storyboards and animatics, Lahta enjoys using a wide range of programs - the Adobe Suite, Office Suite, and Maya 3D.

Aspin uses several consultants who work on a project by project basis. Consultants include developers, instructional designers, subject matter experts, media.
